Return and Refund Policy
- Fruits Garden prioritizes customer satisfaction in delivering fresh products to your home. You can return the product at the time of delivery if you are not content with the freshness or the quality of the product.
- We will take the product back and issue a refund for the returned products' value, which will either be credited to your account or adjusted in your invoice in case of cash on delivery. The refund processing of payments made using credit or debit card may take 5-6 working days or more, depending on your issuing bank system.
- Returns and Refund requests shall be submitted by contacting our Customer Support team through phone, email, or online chat.
- Due to Fresh Products' nature, returns and refunds are only accepted in receiving defective, bad condition, or wrong products, which would be evaluated through the EFreshBuy.com inspection team.
- Products must be in resalable condition and in the exact situation that has been received, that including but not limited to; packaging, boxes, labels, etc.
- Fresh Products should be kept refrigerated/frozen based on the product type.
- As a customer, you can cancel your order up to 6 PM one day before your delivery date. In such a case, we will refund any payments already made by you for the order through the original mode of payment. Suppose we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website. In that case, we, at our sole discretion, could cancel such orders.

- If you cancel while the order is on your way to being delivered or at the time of delivery, you will be charged a cancellation fee of AED 50.
